DEMAND 10% CUTS & AI MODERNIZATION

Fighting wasteful spending and inefficiency across MSAD 52, Lewiston, Auburn, and every school district in Androscoggin County.

We support the staff who work directly with students every day — including classroom teachers, bus drivers, sports coaches, and front office staff. We believe they deserve fair pay and strong resources. However, we oppose the unchecked growth of non-teaching administrative and coaching positions that do not directly serve students.

Who Is Really Driving Salary Increases?

MSAD 52 board members have claimed that rising costs are largely due to “state-mandated raises.” This is misleading. The State of Maine does not require automatic yearly raises for most school employees. The vast majority of salary increases are decided locally through negotiations between the school board and employee unions.
